Peak View Ranch sends its entire calf crop to the American Shorthorn Association progeny test at the Tri-County Feeders. This allows all progeny to be evaluated in as large of a contemporary group as possible.  After a 60-90 day post weaning gain, all calves are evaluated and bulls and replacement females are selected.  This practice allows the most comprehensive look at group and individual performance.  All progeny not retained for breeding are then evaluated to slaughter.  Peak View Ranch sires have the most comprehensive progeny evaluation possible.
